Vortex Marketing Solutions ("Vortex," "we," "us") helps contractors and home service businesses get more calls and booked jobs through websites, local search visibility, and lead follow-up systems. What we collect

What you tell us in the application: business type, first and last name, email, mobile number, website (optional), service area, monthly revenue range, and whether you make marketing decisions.
Your text-message consent choice and the date and time you gave it.
Booking details if you schedule a call, such as the time you pick and any notes you add.
How you found us: ad and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid) and the page that referred you.
Basic device and usage data collected automatically by our tools and cookies, such as browser type, pages visited, and IP address.

How we use it

To review whether our services are a fit for your business.
To contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text (texts only if you agreed), including call confirmations and reminders.
To schedule and run your strategy call and, if you become a client, to provide our services.
To measure and improve our ads and website.
To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

Tools and service providers we use

We use trusted providers to run our business. They process information for us under their own privacy and security terms:

GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): stores your application and contact details, runs our booking calendar, and sends our emails and texts.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): we run ads on Meta and may use the Meta pixel or similar tools to measure ad results and show relevant ads.
Google: we may use Google services, such as Google Ads, Analytics, and Workspace, for advertising measurement, site analytics, and business email and documents.
Website hosting: our site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard server logs.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to operate our services, or when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business sale or merger.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Vortex Marketing Solutions about your inquiry, including automated messages such as confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email info@vortexcapital.org.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This excludes service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform and carriers, which may only use it to send our texts.

Cookies and ad tracking

Our site and ad tools use cookies and similar technologies to remember your progress in the application and to measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings. Some features may not work without cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep application and contact records as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry, serve you as a client, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop emails and texts. Email info@vortexcapital.org, reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and reputable providers to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
