What this site is for

This site lets contractors and home service businesses apply for a strategy call about our marketing services: websites, local search visibility, and lead follow-up and booking systems. Submitting an application does not create a contract or guarantee that we will offer or provide services. Any paid work is covered by a separate written service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Your information

Please give accurate, current information and only apply for a business you own or are authorized to represent. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Vortex Marketing Solutions about your inquiry, including automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or email info@vortexcapital.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message consent for others' marketing.

No guarantees

We share examples and information in good faith, but results depend on your market, your business, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, jobs, rankings, or revenue. The site is provided "as is."

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no false applications, spam, attempts to break or overload it, or copying our content for commercial use without permission.

The text, design, logo, and other content on this site belong to Vortex Marketing Solutions or its licensors.

Third-party services

Parts of the site, like the booking calendar, are run by third parties such as GoHighLevel. Their terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vortex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this site, and our total liability related to the site is limited to $100.
